In a tragic incident that sparked a wave of sympathy and controversy in Saudi Arabia, a school teacher in Riyadh died in front of her students in the classroom after a sudden heart attack.
And the website "Previously" quoted the teacher's father, Abdulaziz Ateeq Al-Mawash, as saying that his daughter, Sheikha, fell during a class in a secondary school in Al-Suwaidi neighborhood in Riyadh.
He explained that attempts to rescue her failed, and said, "She passed away due to a heart attack."
He continued: "She died while fasting, as she was persevering in fasting on Thursdays, Mondays, and the White Days as well. She died while performing her mission in the profession of education and providing a service to her country."
