A resident of Guipavas (Finistère) is distraught after work on the land located next to her home.

In one day, she saw a 6.80 m wall being built, 3 meters from her garden.

Buildings intended for rental that will deprive it of the sun, reports

Ouest-France

.

“This is without counting the visual and sound nuisances that these constructions will generate once the tenants are inside,” adds the resident.

This construction is possible thanks to the division of the land and the city's urban densification policy.

A policy also denounced by the neighbors.

The neighbor refuses any change

The victim had lodged a gracious appeal in town hall, but received an end of inadmissibility.

"The reasons mentioned are private law on which I can not comment", explains the assistant to town planning.

The resident therefore discussed with the neighbor, who refuses to review the site.

More broadly, the resident asks for a total revision of the town planning project.

She called in a lawyer.

Photos were taken and posted on social media.

This story recalls that of two Toulouse residents, who saw a wall being built in front of their window.

The owners had taken legal action and the site is, for the moment, stopped, says
