A strange incident occurred in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, China. A Chinese citizen was lying on the road and begging the police to detain him because of his daughter's math problems.
"A man from Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province, ran in the middle of the road and lay on his back," the local Chinese newspaper, "Ping Bai", reported.
The newspaper pointed out that: Police officers who arrived at the scene of the accident found the man crying. “My daughter confirms that (700-800 = 900), and he is begging for his detention.
And “police officers managed to convince the man to go home.”
Chinese Internet pioneers were divided over what happened, with some finding the father's behavior amusing and sympathetic to his problem, while others considered his actions shameful and contrary to public order.
