68 suicide cases were detected in Jordan within 6 months

The Director of the Forensic Medicine Directorate at the Jordanian Ministry of Health, Dr. Hassan Al-Hawari, said that during the first six months of 2021, forensic medicine centers in the Kingdom dealt with 68 cases of suicide.

Al-Hawari told the "Ammon" news agency, that the recorded suicides varied between suicide by hanging, burning, falling, bullets, taking medicines, ingesting toxic substances and pesticides.
