She harvested love and brought out a team of 92 people

Recently, Liang Zhengying, a 27-year-old woman who set up a stall in Changsha, Hunan, attracted a lot of attention.

She is a patient with osteogenesis imperfecta in a wheelchair. She has frequent fractures and deformed legs. She has undergone 5 major operations, and her legs are full of steel nails. She is called a "porcelain doll girl".

Her father suffers from the same disease as her, and the mother's meager income from scrap collection is the main source of income for the family.

Her optimism and strength made her reap love.

At the same time, she also taught the knitting skills through video to small partners who are as physically inconvenient as her, and they formed a "weaver girl team" together.

She said: "My Weaver Girl friends and I will cheer each other up, life is difficult, and we must face it with a smile."

Suffering from rare brittle bone disease

More than 20 fractures in the leg are full of steel nails

On a pedestrian street in Changsha, Hunan, a girl can often be seen, sitting in a wheelchair, guarding a small stall, selling hand-knitted goods.

It is hard to imagine that this girl who is less than 30 years old is actually a patient with a rare disease.

She has suffered from congenital osteogenesis imperfecta (also known as brittle bone disease, which is prone to fractures, and minor collisions can cause serious fractures, with an incidence of about 3 in 100,000). She has fractured more than 20 times.

Her name is Liang Zhengying, 27 years old, from Jiangmen, Guangdong.

My father has the same illness as her, and he needs someone to take care of him all the year round.

The mother's meager income from scrap collection is the main source of income for the family.

Because of her illness, Liang Zhengying's legs were gradually bent and her movement became more and more inconvenient, so she had to give up the opportunity to go to university.

In 2014, her mother took her to Guangzhou for leg surgery.

For the next 7 years, her leg has been undergoing correction, and she has undergone 5 operations before and after, and the leg is full of steel nails.

Liang Zhengying told reporters that every time she undergoes an operation, the doctor will replace her leg with a new fixation bracket. Currently, there are two steel plates on Liang Zhengying’s right thigh, and one on each of her right thigh and right calf. Root intramedullary needle, "Because the intramedullary needle was punched in from the sole of the foot, it was particularly uncomfortable at the time, but it will be fine after recovery."

Teach yourself to crochet in bed

A child bought her first rose

In August 2014, Liang Zhengying was discharged from the hospital after the operation.

"I was lying in bed most of the time, so I thought of doing some small handicraft to pass the time." Liang Zhengying said, "I saw a kind of doll woven with woolen yarn that was very beautiful, so I searched for some tutorials on the Internet and took pictures of myself. I did it. The first knitting I made was roses. I was still unskilled, so I repeatedly dismantled it and did it. It took a day to complete."

It was this rose that started Liang Zhengying's "employment career".

"It was approaching Teacher's Day, and my mother had a neighbor who was a teacher. Once she took a child through our house. When the child saw my roses very much, she asked if she could sell her a few, and I immediately agreed. At that time, I sold more than ten yuan each." Liang Zhengying said, because of this opportunity, she began to consciously learn more types of knitting.

In order to learn knitting, Liang Zhengying often soaks in knitting tutorials all day.

Her bedside is full of colorful wool and crochet hooks for various purposes.

In the beginning, Leung Zhengying spent almost all of her time knitting except for rest and eating, so there were many calluses on her hands, and they never disappeared.

  Harvested love

Also brought out a team of 92 people

Liang Zhengying said that in recent years, in addition to her mother, there is her husband who has supported her to live an optimistic and strong life.

In the videos circulating on the Internet, you can often see a guy pushing Liang Zhengying’s wheelchair to go out with her, helping her arrange knitting, and helping her sell. This thin and tall guy is Liang Zhengying 34 this year. Her husband, Huang Zhiwei, is from Guangxi.

Talking about her husband, Liang Zhengying bluntly said that the fate is really wonderful, "That was the first time I had an operation, and my mother took me to the hospital for filming. At the door of the filming room, I jokingly told my mother if anyone knew anyone. The handsome guy would introduce me. My mother suddenly remembered and said that I really know someone who is tall and thin and white.” So, under the matchmaking of mother, Liang Zhengying and Huang Zhiwei added QQ.

On New Year's Day in 2015, Huang Zhiwei visited Liang Zhengying's house. This was also the first time they met.

After this meeting, the two of them interacted more on QQ, chatting from time to time.

Huang Zhiwei told reporters that after spending some time with Liang Zhengying, she found that she was a very strong girl, "I saw that she had just undergone a major operation, but she was not discouraged at all, and she often had a sweet smile on her face. She doesn’t talk much in a wheelchair, but she speaks very softly. She was not very old at the time, but she was always thinking of ways to be independent, self-taught, and smart."

Huang Zhiwei smiled and said: "I had a good impression of her at the time. After getting in touch, falling in love, getting married, and getting along for a long time, I found that she was very empathetic, understand me, and didn't lose her temper, which made me feel very warm."

Liang Zhengying and Huang Zhiwei got married in 2016.

After marriage, they went to Changsha to set up a stall together and made a living by knitting.

In addition to doing knitting by herself, Liang Zhengying also taught many friends who have inconveniences like her. "We have a group of small partners who make a living by knitting skills. There are 92 people in total, and some are following them. I studied. Among them are patients with brittle bone disease like me, as well as single mothers with family difficulties. I will record videos to teach them skills and recommend sales channels to each other. I currently sell them mainly offline, but also short videos. The platform has registered an account, and sometimes it will broadcast live."

Liang Zhengying said frankly that we can't make too much money by doing knitting, but can barely make ends meet. "I often cheer up with the friends of the Zhinv team. Even if life is difficult, I have to face it with a smile!"

Sitting on a wheelchair, with long black hair and a clear smile.

On the streets of Changsha, she is an ordinary hawker, but in the eyes of more people, she is a strong person in life, weaving her and her family's expectations for the future with her fingertips "dance".

She smiled and said: "With my mother by my side, with my husband, we also have a ten-month-old child, and I am quite satisfied if life can go on."
