TF1 announces the development of a new offer for MyTF1, the streaming platform for its programs.

Called MyTF1 Max, this offer will be, unlike MyTF1, payable, which will allow it not to include advertising.

For its part, MyTF1 will remain free.

It is the first French channel to advertise a paid service for streaming its programs on its own.

The TF1 television group (TF1, TMC, TFX, LCI, TF1 Séries Films) announces a paid version of its MyTF1 replay platform.

In return, users will be able to say goodbye to advertisements.

Free, the free MyTF1 platform contains a large number of advertisements, broadcast before the program, and sometimes even during.

This new service will be called MyTF1 Max.

It will cost 2.99 euros per month the first year, before moving to a price of 3.99 euros.

What about the Salto streaming platform?

The TF1 group has not announced any official launch date for its MyTF1 Max paid service.

No panic for MyTF1 users: the free version with advertisements of the streaming service for the programs of the TF1 group channels will remain available.

The announcement of MyTF1 Max is surprising: it offers services similar to those of another French television streaming platform: Salto.

Launched in October 2020, Salto brings together the programs of the channels of three major French TV groups: France Télévisions, M6 and ... TF1.
