Europe is affected by an unprecedented energy crisis.

Everywhere, bills are flying: + 37% for electricity in one year in Spain, + 30% for gas in the next quarter in Italy, + 12.6% for regulated gas in France since October 1.

In an attempt to limit this surge in prices, the European Commission is due to present a draft short-term measures on Wednesday.
