The harvest of "Kuroedamame", one of the special products of the Tamba area in Hyogo prefecture, has begun, and tourists are enjoying the harvest experience at the farm in Tamba Sasayama city.

At "Tamba Tabuchi Farm" in Tamba-Sasayama City, where the specialty black edamame is cultivated in a 9-hectare field, harvesting has started this month, and tourists visited on the morning of the 12th to select and harvest large pods. I did.

"Kuroedamame" in the Tamba area is harvested before the "Tamba black soybeans" used in New Year's New Year dishes are fully ripe.

According to the farm, it is recommended to boil "Kuroedamame" in salt and eat it, and from now on, it will be possible to harvest larger and sweeter ones.

A woman in her 60s in Takarazuka City, Hyogo Prefecture, who enjoyed harvesting with her husband, said, "I visit the harvest every year and eat it as salt boiled or edamame rice, which is very delicious. I am very happy to send it to my relatives."

Mr. Yasuhisa Tabuchi of the farm said, "Kuroedamame has a deep taste and is different from other beans. I definitely want you to sweat and experience the harvest."

The harvest experience at this farm is scheduled for the 3rd of next month, and it is also sold at the direct sales office.
