The Seibu Ikebukuro Line was suspended on the up and down lines between Ikebukuro Station in Toshima Ward, Tokyo and Hanno Station in Saitama Prefecture due to personal injury, but resumed operation after 11:10 pm on the 10th.
The Seibu Toshima Line, which connects Nerima Station and Toshimaen Station, has also resumed operation.
On the other hand, the Seibu Yurakucho Line, which connects Nerima Station and Kotake Mukaihara Station, has been suspended from driving.
