Affected by continuous heavy rainfall, on October 9th, Lubei Village, Xiaoyi City, Luliang City, Shanxi Province suffered waterlogging. Floods inundated greenhouses and breeding farms. Most of the farmland was submerged, and the water depth was close to two meters.
As the rain continued, the armed police officers and men braved the rain and rowed kayaks from house to house to search for the trapped persons and moved them to the resettlement points in time.
At the temporary resettlement sites, officers and soldiers moved materials, assembled beds, and settled the victims.
