On October 7, local time, the 2021 Nobel Prize in Literature was awarded to Tanzanian novelist Abdulrazak Gurnah.

  Abdulzak Guna was born in 1948 and grew up on the island of Zanzibar, Tanzania.

He currently lives in the UK, writes in English, and has published ten novels and some short articles.

His representative works include "Heaven", "The Seaside" and so on.
