IOK Company (hereinafter referred to as IOK), to which actors Go Hyun-jung and Jo In-seong belong, purchased the private residence of former President Park Geun-hye in Naegok-dong, Seocho-gu.
According to the broadcaster, IOK won the land and building of former President Park's private residence through a court auction on the 16th of last month, and the transfer of ownership was completed on the 1st of this month.
The winning bid amount is 3.864 billion won.
Regarding this, IOK said, "It is difficult to officially confirm the facts and background of the purchase."
Previously, the prosecution executed the seizure of his private residence in March when former President Park, who was imprisoned after 20 years in prison, a fine of 18 billion won and a fine of 3.5 billion won, did not voluntarily pay the fine and fines in the case of the National Nongdan case.
The private residence is a detached house in a housing complex adjacent to Mt. Guryong, which former President Park purchased in April 2017.
