Since Tuesday, October 5, the Platform for the Protection of Whistleblowers in Africa (PPLAAF) has been meeting in Dakar.
Lawyer Henri Thulliez - who heads this organization created in 2017 - considers that tax evasion will only get worse in Africa if nothing is done.
