According to the union, when looking at the register of Wirye Asset Management Co., Ltd., which was designated as this wealth management company, it was confirmed that Reporter A was listed as an inside director from the time of registration on November 4, 2013, and resigned on December 5 of the same year.



Reporter A said that he was registered on November 4, 2013 in Wirye Investment Co., Ltd., which receives dividends according to the investment ratio with a stake in SPC, and served as the sole executive director until his resignation on August 25, 2014, managing investment and dividends. explained.
