According to JR West, a preliminary alcohol test was conducted on the driver and conductor who were scheduled to board the Sanyo Shinkansen heading for Shin-Osaka Station, departing from Shin-Iwakuni Station in Yamaguchi Prefecture at 6:38 am on the 27th. JR arranged a substitute crew member, but the departure time was not met, and the section from Shin-Iwakuni Station to Hiroshima Station was suspended, and the section from Hiroshima Station was also departed 14 minutes later, affecting about 300 people. I did.
