In Bayinkuluti Village, Wuqia County, Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, there is a village-level photovoltaic poverty alleviation power station built by China Huadian as a designated help county.

The power station has an investment of 3.5 million yuan and an installed capacity of 500KW. It will be connected to the grid at the end of October 2019.

As of the end of August 2021, the annual power generation of the power station is not less than 940,000 kWh and the income is about 700,000 yuan. It is an important guarantee for the stable collective economic income of Bayin Kuruti Village, the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements and the effective connection of rural revitalization.
