In order to ensure the safety of the event and absorb the experience of previous events, the Shaanxi Meteorological Department has developed the "National Games·Weather Tracking APP". Through this APP, refined services are delivered to each participant of the 14th National Games.
Taking the road cycling race held in Shangluo as an example, the meteorological department has set up 14 weather monitoring stations on a 190-kilometer track. These 14 stations can be visually displayed on the APP. Athletes only need to click into any of the stations. You can see multiple event weather indicators including precipitation, temperature, wind speed, visibility, etc., and master real-time weather conditions and future weather forecasts.
In the mountain bike race held in Yan'an, the track is 4.8 kilometers in length, and the Meteorological Bureau has set up 5 monitoring stations. On the weather app, you can see the hour by hour weather conditions of these 5 stations.
