Planting crops relies on technology, and the level of technology has become the most critical criterion for finding technicians.
In 2018, he invested in the construction of a seedling base to drive farmers to increase production and income with high-quality seedlings and professional technical services.

Usually, he and Ma Sen will organize meetings from time to time, or convene farmers in the village as a unit to explain management techniques for them. When encountering special circumstances, they will go to the fields and teach farmers hand in hand.
From the beginning there were only 30 households, and now there are thousands of farmers working with them.

At present, "Shufeng Agriculture" has driven 70 to 80 people to find jobs. Farmers working here earn at least more than 2,000 yuan a month.
