  According to reports, the patient is a 32-year-old male from Nepal who works as a security guard at the Golden Crown China Hotel. He was required to undergo a nucleic acid test because an imported case was found during the isolation medical observation of the hotel. He was confirmed to be positive on the 25th.

This patient has been assigned to the public health clinical center for medical observation and epidemiological investigation.

  In accordance with the instructions of the Acting Chief Executive of the Macao Special Administrative Region, and according to the assessment of the Response Coordination Center, starting from 0:00 on the 25th, Macao has entered a state of immediate prevention. All persons departing from Macao must hold a certificate of negative nucleic acid test results within 48 hours.

The Response Coordination Center has launched a district-level precision prevention and control plan, closed and controlled the living areas of the 65th and 66th confirmed cases, and announced the whereabouts of the two patients since the 19th.

  The Education and Youth Development Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government has requested universities and schools of various stages of education to suspend all teaching activities from the 25th. The Cultural Affairs Bureau and Sports Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government suspend the opening of sports and cultural venues and cancel various activities.

  The Response Coordination Center announced in the early morning of the 24th that a Macau resident who departed from Turkey and arrived in Australia via Singapore on the 18th tested positive for nucleic acid and was listed as the 64th confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia in Macau.

In the subsequent investigation of the patient's entry to the Golden Crown China Hotel in the quarantine medical observation center, a 27-year-old Nepalese security guard has tested positive for nucleic acid and was listed as the 65th confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia in Macau.
