From the stadium to every corner of the city, a group of volunteers are active. They are affectionately called "Little Qin Bao".
Cheng Xing, a "post-00" student from Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications, is one of the volunteers of the competition.
Although the National Games has started for many days, she still has a deep memory of the selection process in the previous recruitment process.

At the beginning of our school, there were two links: the initial test and the retest.
The first test is a written test. It will give you some basic knowledge of Shaanxi’s various historical cultures and volunteers, and then ask you to answer. We will limit the number of people, and then we will select from high to low scores.
The second part is the interview. The interview is conducted by the (assistant) instructors of each college. You can become a volunteer as long as you pass the initial and re-examination.
[Explanation] Every major event, volunteer service is an important part of event protection.
In the gymnastics venues of the National Games, Cheng Xing and other partners have to undertake complicated infield services.
Check the hygiene of the stadium before the game; maintain the order of the game during the game, and guide the coaches and athletes when entering and leaving the stadium; after the game, the winning athletes should also be guided to participate in the awarding process.
Although he is busy with the multi-faceted work, through contact with the athletes, Cheng Xing has a deeper understanding of their work.

I first wanted to be a volunteer because I felt that volunteering is a very meaningful thing, and it can improve my personal abilities, such as social skills and an ability to serve.
(On the field) Because (athletes) are younger sisters than themselves, they have been training since they were very young, and they have heard some coaches say before. These athletes are probably from 5 to 24 years old. During this time, training will take place in the gymnastics academy.
[Explanation] Cheng Xing's other identity is a college student explainer at the Shaanxi History Museum.
She told reporters that although she is a student from other provinces, she has gradually fallen in love with the history and culture of Shaanxi through constant understanding during school.
Cheng Xing said that he is also willing to serve as a bridge for cultural exchanges between Shaanxi and other provinces.

Let people who didn't know Shaanxi culture at the beginning learn about Shaanxi culture through my explanation. I am a bridge between them and Shaanxi culture.
I feel that if I act as a bridge, I am very happy that I have fulfilled my responsibilities.
When many people come to visit our Shaanxi, they don't understand these things, but they think it is very famous, so we need our interpreters.
Our guides will change their way of explaining through some emotions of the tourists, so that the tourists can be more involved in the culture of Shaanxi.

She said that from serving tourists from all over the world to serving event athletes, the process of serving others is always showing her own value.

The target of the guide is tourists from all over the country. Our task is mainly to explain some of the culture and cultural relics of Shaanxi.

At present, 15,000 competition volunteers, 16,000 urban volunteers, and more than 140,000 social volunteers are providing security services on the front line.
