The sun, the beach and relaxation.

Ah, it was the holidays this summer!

Those in a hurry, who are childless or parents of toddlers not yet in school, were able to escape in June.

The Juillettistes followed suit as soon as school was over.

All eager to enjoy the joys of vacation and long summer days without delay.

But today, as the start of the school year has passed and we are entering autumn and its gloomy weather, the daily grind has resumed.

And between fatigue, stress and a small drop in morale, the holidays already seem a long way off.

Too far even.

Is this your case?

You left so early this summer that today, you are already slammed and you dream of leaving?

When did you take your vacation (June or July) and how long did it last?

Why did you leave so early (choice, professional or family constraint)?

Are you planning to take your summer vacation later next year?

Are you planning a little getaway soon to boost your morale?

Or do you do something in particular to regain some energy and morale (magnesium treatment, walks in the sun, meditation or compulsive checking of your leave balance or other)?
