On September 21, the official start of the arrest of Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs has entered the countdown.

On the banks of Yangcheng Lake in Suzhou, Jiangsu, some hairy crabs were picked up by crab farmers in advance. They were raised in the pool to wash the sand and spit out the dirt in the belly. They were transported to the dining tables of local gluttons as soon as they were caught.

Yu Hongsheng, a crab farmer who has raised crabs in Yangcheng Lake for more than 20 years, said that this year the size of hairy crabs is generally larger, and the proportion of crabs with four males and two females is relatively high.

In addition, crab farmers generally use fresh fish, corn and other foods to feed hairy crabs, and the taste of hairy crabs is more delicious than before.
