According to Sendai International Airport, which operates Sendai Airport, and the fire department, the Osprey made an emergency landing around 9:30 pm on the 22nd.
The aircraft landed safely, moved from the runway to the tarmac, and is still on standby as of 10 pm, so the fire brigade has been dispatched to check for any injuries.
