A prosecutor in his twenties at the Tokyo Public Prosecutor's Office was sent a document on suspicion of obscenity, alleging that he forcibly touched the body of a woman he met with a matching app at his home in Tokyo.
The document was sent to a male prosecutor in his twenties at the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office.
According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, in the middle of last month, at home in Edogawa-ku, Tokyo, there is a suspicion of forced obscenity for forcibly touching or kissing the body of a woman in her twenties who she met through a matching app.
As a result of an investigation by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department after receiving a consultation from a victim who said, "I was touched by a man who claims to be the Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office," it was discovered that this prosecutor was suspected of being involved.
It means that he admits that he "has definitely touched his body" in response to any questioning.
The Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office has stated that it "will not comment on this matter" regarding the fact that the public prosecutor has sent the documents.
