Qasr Al Watan stands tall as a symbol of civilization that embodies the importance of the various halls and facilities contained within its walls, and the official tasks assigned to these facilities, as it is the only presidential palace in the world that offers a unique opportunity for visitors to explore the knowledge heritage and ancient traditions of the UAE.
The features of luxury and beauty begin before reaching the main gate of Qasr Al Watan, specifically from the visitor center, and move through the unique gardens that capture the eye with the beauty of its roses and trees, located through the external corridors of the Presidential Complex, until reaching the main gate.
When approaching the palace, visitors will see the two silver artworks "The Energy of Speech" amid the outer gardens of the palace, as the sun's rays shine on their reflective surfaces, to highlight a group of expressive words of the late founder Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul.
These two works are a smaller version of the original artwork "The Energy of Speech" located inside the palace.
The majestic exterior designs of the palace reflect the splendor of the Arab and Islamic motifs, which adorn the limestone and white granite walls.
Upon exiting Qasr Al Watan at the end of the tour, visitors will enjoy the magic of the surrounding landscape and watch the captivating sunset amid the shimmering sea horizon and the enchanting Abu Dhabi skyline.
As the evening falls, an inspiring journey begins with the light and sound show, which takes place daily at 7:30 pm, which is shown on the outside of the palace walls, accompanied by a narrative that tells the visual story of the UAE’s past, present and future.
