He coordinated the "hotline" between the bank, donors, and the Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities in Dubai, to transfer the donation amount to the Beit Al Khair Association, which in turn will transfer the amount to the "Faraj Fund" account to finish the procedures for paying the case amount.

(Abu Sheikha) expressed his deep thanks to the bank for standing with its suffering under the circumstances it faces, especially in paying the remaining amount, noting that the donation made him very happy, stressing that this donation is not strange to the bank and its solidarity in humanitarian charitable work and its unlimited support in helping humanitarian cases. .

(Abu Sheikha) faced a prison sentence due to three financial cases, amounting to 590,000 dirhams: the first was due to his inability to pay a treatment bill that had accumulated on his father in a private hospital in the amount of one million dirhams, of which he paid 750,000, and he still owed 250 thousand, and the second case was due to a loan he obtained From a local bank to pay the bill in the amount of 750,000 dirhams, and a settlement was made, bringing the amount to 250,000 dirhams, in addition to his inability to pay 90,000 dirhams to a company in return for building his house, and an executive judgment was issued against him to pay the amount of financial cases incurred by him, but his potential Finance does not allow him to do so.

(Abu Sheikha) told his story to "Emirates Today", saying: "My father has been suffering from several chronic diseases for years, and has frequent strokes, in addition to suffering shortness of breath and paralysis as a result of strokes, and as the eldest of my brothers, I had to transfer him to government and private hospitals for treatment. ».

He added that his father needed rehabilitation and physiotherapy for long periods, so he addressed the government hospitals where this type of treatment is available, but he did not find any vacant bed for his father's condition, so he transferred him to a private hospital in Dubai to receive physical and rehabilitation treatment, and he stayed under medical observation and rehabilitation. The treatment period lasted for four years.

He continued, "The bill for my father's treatment was piling up, amounting to one million and 600 thousand dirhams, and I was paying, and I addressed the hospital administration, where the value of the bill was reduced to one million dirhams, and I got a loan from a bank of 750,000 dirhams, and I paid it to the hospital, and the amount of 250 remains A thousand dirhams.

He indicated that his long stay with his father's treatment caused the termination of his services from his work, and the hospital administration filed a lawsuit against him regarding the remaining amount of 250 thousand dirhams, and the bank management filed another lawsuit regarding the amount of indebtedness to pay the bill for his father's treatment, and a charitable institution in Fujairah conducted a settlement In the remaining amount of the case, it amounted to 250 thousand dirhams, after which the company that was building his house filed a lawsuit for the amount of 221,000 dirhams, and a settlement was made in the amount of 90 thousand dirhams, and the total cases demanded for payment became 590 thousand dirhams.
