Kyoto Prefecture and Kyoto City announced on the 20th that 47 new people have been confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus.
It is the first time in about two months since the number of infected people in the prefecture fell below 50 since 34 on July 24th.
The total number of infected people in Kyoto Prefecture is 34,999.
