It is an ultra secure place usually closed to the public.

But this weekend, the Banque de France is making an exception for Heritage Days.

The mansion, located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, exceptionally opens its doors to visitors until Sunday.

History buffs will be able to discover the sublime golden gallery and the ceremonial salons which house a collection of 17th century furniture and the painting by Jean-Honoré Fragonard "La Fête à Saint-Cloud" or even touch with the eyes of invaluable gold medals from the Napoleonic era.
