Hong Kong media: The Hong Kong Jockey Club terminates membership of 14 members, including Li Zhiying, Martin Lee and He Chunyan

  According to reports, the aforementioned announcement of the Hong Kong Jockey Club was issued on the 2nd of this month, and the announcement was issued in the name of the executive director of membership, marketing strategy and brand affairs.

"East Net" quoted people familiar with the Jockey Club as revealing that in the past, the Jockey Club had made a decision to terminate membership of persons involved in criminal cases because the incident was detrimental to the image of the Hong Kong Jockey Club.

  "Sing Tao Net" stated that Li Zhiying, who is currently serving a sentence in Stanley Prison, was sentenced to 20 months in prison for three cases of unapproved assembly. Li Zhiying is also awaiting hearing in cases involving violations of the Hong Kong National Security Law and fraud.

He Junren was sentenced to 18 months in prison for 5 cases of knowingly participating and inciting others to participate in an unauthorized assembly.

  As for Martin Lee, he was found guilty of participating in an unauthorized assembly in April of this year for participating in a "flowing rally" held by the "FDC" in Victoria Park on August 18, 2019. He was sentenced to 11 months in prison and suspended 2 year.
