In the early morning of September 17, nearly 3,000 fishing boats including sails and nets in Zhoushan, Zhejiang, went to the fishing grounds for operations.

It was originally yesterday (September 16) that the ban on fishing in the East China Sea was lifted at 12 noon, but there were still strong winds and waves on the sea affected by the typhoon "Santo". The Zhoushan Emergency Command Center and the Marine Fisheries Department decided this morning for the safety of fishing vessels. The ban on fishing boats leaving the port in the Zhoushan Sea Area was lifted.
