Distance restrictions and public roofs will be lifted on September 29, but unvaccinated people should continue to keep their distance, according to the Swedish Public Health Agency.

- In practice, this means that the unvaccinated should not go to major events, such as concerts or theaters.

It is inappropriate to go out and dance or visit bars.

Unvaccinated people should adapt their private contact and avoid larger private events, especially those where the elderly participate, says Johan Carlson, CEO.

But the advice will be based entirely on voluntariness.

- I assume that people now take their responsibility and go and get vaccinated.

If you choose not to do so, you must act responsibly, says Johan Carlson.

Vaccine passports are being investigated

On September 7, when the government announced that the restrictions would be removed, it was also said that it was investigating the issue and vaccination passes.

The question is sent for consultation and would then apply to larger events and it would be the same passport used within the EU.

The idea is to secure to limit the spread of infection during the largest events.

Lena Hallengren then said that the idea is that vaccine passes should not be needed.

- The question will be referred to be used at larger gatherings, but the idea is that they should not be used, she said.
