The court found that at 8 o'clock on October 9, 2020, Ma Huangui found a sheep that had been lost for many days in the sheep pen of Wang Moujia, Heilanghao Village, Wuchuan County.
Two police officers from the Erfenzi Township Police Station in Wuchuan County, and Xu Moumou, a staff member of the Heilanghao Village Committee, cooperated in the dispute mediation work. Wang Moujia's brother Wang Mouyi also participated in the mediation.
During the mediation process, the defendant returned home and hid a single-edged knife in his body and returned to the scene.
At around 12:45, when everyone identified the paint marks on the sheep, Ma Huangui suddenly stabbed policeman Zhang Moumou in the abdomen with a knife, and then stabbed Wang Mouyi in the abdomen, and then started chasing others in the sheep pen. Stabbing Xu in the chest outside the door, stabbing Wang Jia in the chest twice, and Wang C in the chest, causing Zhang and Wang C to die on the spot. Wang C was sent to the doctor and died. Xu, Wang Mouyi was seriously injured.
Soon, Ma Huangui was arrested by the public security organs at home.
The court held that the defendant Ma Huangui deliberately took the knife and illegally deprived others of their lives just because of neighbouring disputes, causing 3 deaths and 2 serious injuries. His actions constituted the crime of intentional homicide.
After the defendant had committed the crime, he left the scene of the crime and returned to his home. He did not voluntarily surrendered and did not constitute a surrender.
Defendant Ma Huangui was dissatisfied with the mediation process during the investigation and mediation process by the public security organs and the village committee.
