The arrest of a Saudi who stole a car and ran over two girls (video)
The security authorities in the Qassim region of Saudi Arabia arrested a citizen who ran over two girls inside a residential neighborhood and fled the scene, after a video clip was circulated on social media.
The media spokesman for the Qassim region police referred to the video clip circulating on social media, in which it appears that a vehicle ran over two girls in a residential neighborhood in the region and fled the scene, "The security follow-up resulted in the arrest of the driver of the vehicle."
He added that the arrested person is a citizen in his thirties, pointing out that the preliminary inference procedures indicate that the vehicle that the perpetrator was driving stole while it was in working condition.
The newspaper "Sabq" revealed that the health status of the two girls who were run over is stable.
