Today (September 15), the Xiamen Municipal Government of Fujian Province held a press conference on epidemic prevention and control to introduce the latest situation.
It was reported at the press conference that as of 16:00 on September 15th, Xiamen City had reported a total of 48 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia (31 cases of general type and 17 cases of mild type) and 1 case of asymptomatic infection.
At present, the disease control, public security and other departments are making every effort to investigate and track the close contacts of confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections.
As of 16:00 on September 15, 773 close contacts and 541 close contacts have been determined.
