After social media activists circulated an old article by the writer dating back to 2012, in “Al-Tahrir” newspaper, under the title “I wish all of Egypt was my family”, in which the writer praises the achievements of Al-Ahly Club, after Ibrahim Issa criticized Al-Ahly Club last week, He described the slogan "Al-Ahly is above all" as the "Nazi" slogan.
The journalist Ibrahim was subjected to a violent attack after the circulation of this article, especially after comparing the content of the article biased to Al-Ahly Club, at the time, with the position of the latter attacking the same club. He is a "Nazi".
The tweeters criticized the shift in Ibrahim Issa’s position, and one of the activists tweeted: “Look at the last paragraph below on the north. This is Ibrahim Issa when he was saying Al-Ahly is above everyone and above all competitors. This is Ibrahim Issa before what happens behind the trend. Glory be to the one who changes and does not change.”
