It doesn't matter in which industry you prove yourself up to five days a week. In the less official part of your job profile, however, you are challenged seven days a week. What is needed are organizational skills, strong nerves, leading a heterogeneous team, empathy, assertiveness, the willingness to work extremely flexible, including overtime, even at night. Beyond professional or academic talents, you can prove yourself as an all-rounder: as a teacher, motivational coach, laundress, suggestion box, cook, life cycle advisor, nurse, taxi driver, trainer of various sports, organizer of celebrations - and not to forget: a partner at eye level.
Because it is desirable that you run your family business as a couple. The reward for the effort? Justified and unjustified criticism, kisses, fulfillment of meaning, joie de vivre. What position is it about? That of a working woman with an attachment. Anyone who manages to do this in a reasonably good mood with fluctuating success is recommended for every point in the universe. Strange that this has still not got through to all executive floors.
