China News Service, Hangzhou, September 11 (Guo Qiyu) On September 11, this year's No. 13 typhoon "Conson" and this year's No. 14 typhoon "Sandu" continued to move.

Among them, the typhoon "Sandu" tended to move northward. Affected by it, wind and rain began to rise in the coastal areas of Zhejiang from the 11th.

The reporter learned from the Zhejiang Provincial Anti-Fighting Finger that at 12 o'clock on the 11th, the province upgraded its typhoon emergency response to level IV.

At 11 o'clock on the 11th, the center of typhoon "Sun Du" was in the Bashi Channel about 445 kilometers south of Yilan County, Taiwan. The maximum wind force near the center was 16 (55 m/s).

The typhoon is expected to move northward at a speed of about 10-15 kilometers per hour, move into the East China Sea at night on the 12th, and gradually approach the northeastern part of Zhejiang.

The Central Meteorological Observatory predicts that the intensity of "Sandu" will slowly weaken, and it will land or pass over the coastal area of northeastern Taiwan (strong typhoon or super typhoon) from the afternoon to the evening of the 12th.

"Conson" slowly weakened in intensity and will land on the coast of central Vietnam on the morning of the 13th.

Affected by the periphery of "Sandu", rainfall in coastal areas of Zhejiang has gradually increased from the 11th, and there were heavy rains and torrential rains in many parts of Zhejiang from 12-13, some heavy rains, and local heavy rains.

According to reports, when the summer transitions to autumn, the sun moves from north to south, resulting in warmer seawater temperature, which is conducive to the accumulation of more heat in the ocean, so the energy provided to the typhoon is also greater.

In addition, the autumn typhoon is easy to combine with cold air to enhance the efficiency of precipitation and cause greater impact from wind and rain.

It is reported that there are currently two typhoons active in autumn at the same time, which will cause the interaction of the two typhoons, and the later movement path of "Sandu" has greater uncertainty.
