With the approach of Typhoon No. 14 this year, "Sandu", storms along the coast of Fujian are gradually rising.

The Flood Control Office of Fujian Province reported on September 11 that, as of now, 3,419 fishing vessels operating at sea should be evacuated, 1,052 have been evacuated, and 2,367 have been evacuated on the way.

At present, the Fujian Provincial Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters has launched a typhoon level IV emergency response, requiring all localities and relevant departments to do all kinds of prevention and response work in a timely manner.

According to the prediction of the Fujian Provincial Meteorological Observatory, "Sandu" will move north to west at a speed of 15-20 kilometers per hour, slowly weakening in intensity, and gradually approaching the eastern coast of Taiwan Island. It will land or pass over the eastern part of Taiwan Island during the day on the 12th. The coast, afterwards, passes through the fishing grounds off the coast of Fujian, and gradually approaches the coast of northeastern Zhejiang.
