The return of the Pussycat Dolls is surely not about to arrive.

Robin Antin, the founder of the girls band, filed a complaint against Nicole Scherzinger.

She accuses her of refusing to perform unless she obtains 75% of the shares of Pussycat Dolls Worldwide, the commercial company which manages the rights of the group, instead of the 49% agreed according to her by a previous agreement.

Finally, the 43-year-old singer would claim "complete creative control" and "final decision-making authority" over the future of training.

Allegations denied en bloc by Nicole Scherzinger who responded through Howard King, her lawyer, in a statement released by

.

For the lawyer, this complaint is "a desperate attempt" by Robin Antin "to divert responsibility for his own failures by trying to impose on Nicole obligations that simply do not have to be".

Compromise

The Pussycat Dolls had announced their reunion in 2019 and it was expected that Nicole Scherzinger would find her companions for a tour in 2020. Pandemic obliges, the tour had been postponed, the Live Nation turner having invested $ 600,000 in it as shown in the documents paid to support of the complaint.

However, the tour contract stipulated that the sum should be returned in the event of cancellation.

Finally, it was expected that Nicole Scherzinger pocketed no less than 32.5% of the profits from these concerts, against 12.5 for Robin Antin and the rest divided among the other members.

The tour, which was originally postponed until the spring of this year, is now more than uncertain, unless of course Nicole Scherzinger and Robin Antin quickly come to some common ground.
