The intelligent inspection robot project is based on 5G private network technology, and uses the characteristics of 5G high speed, large connection, and low latency to collect and store the image, sound, temperature, smoke, gas and other data of the inspection site in real time, and automatically Analyze and realize the early warning function.
The inspection robot works in the bottom area of the coke oven in the coking workshop, where the daily ambient temperature is as high as 50 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature is more than 70 degrees Celsius.
The staff of Shanxi Mobile broke through the technical bottleneck and realized the performance of the robot's timing cooling, explosion-proof, AI intelligent inspection, etc., instead of manual labor, it not only improved the safety efficiency, but also reduced the production cost.
