A private clinic has announced that a test of sperm from vaccinated men found no abnormalities in whether the new coronavirus vaccine affects male fertility.

The results of this survey were announced by a research group at the "Reproduction Clinic" that provides fertility treatment.

In the survey, 11 men aged 22 to 47 years who had no problem with fertility and were vaccinated with Pfizer's new coronavirus vaccine were regularly examined for sperm status after vaccination and compared with those before vaccination.

As a result, 2 weeks after the first inoculation, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after the second inoculation, there were no abnormalities in any index such as sperm volume, motility status, and gene damage status, and fertility. No effect was found to reduce.

A group from the University of Miami, USA has published a study showing that the effects of the new coronavirus vaccine on male fertility have not been adversely affected.

Dr. Tomoki Ishikawa, CEO of "Reproduction Clinic," said, "Although the number of people and the period of this survey are limited, no abnormalities due to vaccination were confirmed. There is no information available, but I would like you to know the data like this one before making a vaccination decision. "
