As part of the preparations of the Emirates Down Syndrome Association to host the World Down Syndrome Congress "Dubai-2021", which is being held "remotely" under the generous patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, Minister of Community Development Hessa bint Issa reviewed Buhumaid on the latest developments and arrangements related to hosting the event, which will be held from November 18-20.

During her meeting with the Organizing Committee of the World Down Syndrome Congress "Dubai-2021", she listened to the President of the Congress and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Down Syndrome Society, Dr. Manal Jarour, who presented the latest developments in the hosting and arrangements made by the National Organizing Committee with the Down Syndrome International Organization (DSi) in the Kingdom. The United Nations, in order to ensure the best achievements by promoting successful and influential experiences and practices in supporting and empowering people with Down syndrome in the World Down Syndrome Congress “Dubai-2021”.
