The Security Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government confirmed on the 10th that it would recommend to the Chief Executive and the Executive Council to exercise the powers conferred by the relevant provisions of the Companies (Winding-up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance, and order the Registrar of Companies to "Stake" Excluded from the company register.

Observers pointed out that the "Stake" has been in bad shape and has recently refused to provide the Hong Kong police with relevant information on its suspected "foreign agent" in order to cooperate with the investigation. Many key members have been arrested but still show no repentance.

For more than 30 years since its establishment, the "Stake Association" has frequently used "democracy" as a guise to fight against China and disrupt Hong Kong, wantonly inciting Hong Kong citizens to hate the country and the ruling party.

In the past two years, the organization has intensified its ties with foreign hostile forces in an attempt to "solicit speculation in Hong Kong" and promote the "color revolution." Its actions have seriously harmed the overall interests of the country and the fundamental interests of Hong Kong.

The Hong Kong National Security Law is by no means a "toothless tiger." After the law was implemented, the anti-China and Hong Kong forces were deterred, and Hong Kong chaotic organizations were scattered among the birds and animals, the society restored tranquility, and the SAR achieved a major transition from chaos to governance.

However, the "stakes", which is regarded as one of the "big platforms" behind the "regulation turmoil", still refuses to stop and stubbornly refuses to cooperate with the police investigation when some member groups have "jumped".

The SAR government initiated the procedures for banning the "Alliance Alliance" in accordance with the law to prevent the organization from continuing to harm Hong Kong. This is a just move to maintain national security and an inevitable requirement for the stability of Hong Kong.

Article 31 of the Hong Kong National Security Law stipulates that companies, organizations and other legal persons or unincorporated organizations that are subject to criminal penalties for committing crimes stipulated in this law shall be ordered to suspend operations or their licenses or business permits shall be revoked.

In addition, in accordance with the Hong Kong Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance, the SAR government may order the Registrar of Companies to remove the company registration of the "Alliance".

There is a solid legal basis for banning the "stakes".

For a long time, the freedom and human rights of Hong Kong citizens have been fully protected by law.

But in any country and region, freedom has boundaries.

The SAR government tolerates and protects all speech and behavior within the legal framework, but it will never condone or shield any illegal or criminal behavior.

Observers believe that, in the spirit of "where laws must be followed, law enforcement must be strictly enforced, and violations must be investigated", the SAR government will administer strictly in accordance with the law and strictly enforce the law. With the collapse of anti-China and Hong Kong groups, Hong Kong society will be able to better focus on economic development and improvement of people's livelihood. (over)
