Around 4:30 pm on the 11th, there was a 119 call saying, "A taxi has caused an accident in Kudanminami, Chiyoda-ku, and some people have been injured."



According to the Tokyo Fire Department, two people were unconscious in the accident and four people, including children, were injured and were taken to the hospital.



In the footage of the scene, a black taxi rides on the sidewalk and hits a roadside tree violently and stops.



The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the details of the accident.
