Earlier, Changsha prosecutors filed a public prosecution with the driver Zhou Mouchun suspected of negligence causing death.

  Zhou Mouchun’s wife, Li Mouping, said in an interview with the media that she learned from two legal aid lawyers that the two legal aid lawyers will defend their husbands innocent and minor crimes respectively.

  According to the police report, on the evening of February 6 this year, Huo Lala driver Zhou Mochun had a dispute with the user Che Moumou over the fare and route cost. He got up and got out of the seat and leaned out of the car window. The driver did not take any words or actions to stop the car, nor did he emergency brakes. The car crashed from the car window.

  The family of Che Moumou questioned the protection of users of the Huolala platform, and at the same time questioned the driver's multiple divergence routes on the night of the incident.

On February 23, Zhou Mouchun (male, 38 years old, from Yuelu District, Changsha City), the driver involved, was criminally detained by the public security organs on suspicion of negligence causing death.

On March 3, the procuratorate approved the arrest.

She believes that there is no causal relationship between Che Moumou's death and her husband's behavior, and once requested to change legal aid lawyers, hoping that the lawyers she hired can provide legal services for her husband.

She also applied to the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Justice for government information disclosure, requesting the disclosure of the legal aid process and legal policy basis for Zhou Mouchun.
