On the 10th, the bereaved families of women visited the Immigration Bureau of Tokyo to see a video of a woman in the facility due to the death of a Sri Lankan woman who was held at the Nagoya Regional Immigration Bureau. However, I was not allowed to attend the lawyer of the agent I was looking for, so I pulled it up without watching the video.

The bereaved family says that it is necessary for the bereaved family to be present in order to receive the explanation correctly, and will continue to ask for it.

A Sri Lankan woman, Wishma Sandamari (33), who was detained at the Nagoya Regional Immigration Bureau, died after complaining of poor physical condition. We released the final report saying that it was enough.

Two days later, a two-week video of Mr. Wishma in the facility edited for about two hours was disclosed only to the bereaved family, but the bereaved family was shocked and only about half. I couldn't see it, so on the 10th, I visited the Immigration Bureau of Japan with my attorneys to see the rest of the video.

However, the presence of a lawyer, which the bereaved family had requested to be properly explained, was not allowed for 10 days, and the bereaved family pulled up without watching the video.

Wishma's sisters Wayomi and Paul Nima said, "It's been a month since I saw the video last time, but I can't forget the shock and I'm having a hard time now. Video with my agent's teacher. By looking at it, you can see the bad points of immigration, so I think you want to hide it. I want to know the truth. "

Attorney Shoichi Ibusuki said, "Secretary Sasaki said,'If you want to be present, it's difficult to set up a place like this anymore,' but I felt this was a threat."

The bereaved family will continue to request the presence of an attorney-at-law and the disclosure of all footage for two weeks.
