[Explanation] On the morning of September 9, the Intermediate People's Court of Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province issued a first-instance public sentence on the case of defendant Lao Rongzhi's intentional homicide, robbery, and kidnapping.

The defendant, Lao Rongzhi, was guilty of intentional homicide, robbery, kidnapping, and several crimes, and decided to execute the death penalty, deprived of political rights for life, and confiscated all personal property.

　　The defendant Lao Rongzhi has a relationship with a French-British couple who has been judged in another case.

From 1996 to 1999, the two conspired and divided their labor. Lao Rongzhi engaged in escort services in entertainment venues, sought out targets for the crime, and Faziying carried out violence, and jointly carried out 4 robberies, kidnappings, and intentional murders in many places.

After the incident, Lao Rongzhi absconded using pseudonyms such as "Shirley" and was arrested by public security officers on November 28, 2019.

　　The court held that the defendant, Lao Rongzhi, in collaboration with others, deliberately and illegally deprived the victim of his life, and his behavior had constituted the crime of intentional homicide; the act of using violence and threats to rob the victim's property for the purpose of illegal possession constituted a crime of robbery; The kidnapping of the victim for the purpose of extorting property has constituted the crime of kidnapping.

Lao Rongzhi played a major role in the joint crime and was the principal offender. He should be punished in accordance with all the crimes in which he participated.
