The spy and action series "24 Hours Flat" left television in 2010, after nine seasons. Despite the failure of several revival attempts, his hero Jack Bauer could well return to the air in the United States, on the Fox channel, according to information from our colleagues on the American site "Deadline".

Will the

iconic seconds count from the suspenseful spy and action series

24 Hours Timer

make a comeback on TV anytime soon?

Its main character, Jack Bauer could well reappear on our screens in any case.

The producers of the fiction and the chain Fox are discussing a project in this direction with "a new approach", according to the information of our colleagues of the American site

Deadline

.

The series lasted nine seasons, broadcast in the United States from 2001 to 2010.

An unwanted return by the public?

But do the public really want a return of Jack Bauer? Several returns of

24 hours chrono

have already been attempted: a TV movie, a final season which did not find its audience and a spin-off (a "derivative series", in French) canceled after only one season, fault hearings.

However, Fox seems to want to bet on this return. It must be said that it is currently very trendy to revive cult series in the United States. A sequel to

Ally McBeal

 has been announced, the

CSI

series

will return in the fall, and a reboot of

Charmed

is already on the air. The full

 24 hours chrono

has been available in full on Netflix since January 2021, without showing any particular interest from the public on social networks or in the press.
