Every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Laurent Mariotte and his team invite listeners from Europe 1 to discover the products of our regions and their book of culinary advice. He invites personalities (singers, actors, writers, etc.) to his Table des bon vivant who come to share the pleasures of friendly and accessible cuisine. takes up residence at the Château Lestage wine estate, located in the town of Listrac-Médoc, in Gironde. On this occasion, Laurent Mariotte and his team will draw up, with their guest Loïc Chanfreau, director of the Château Lestage and Château Fonréaud estates, a panorama of the harvest.
After a walk on the Bordeaux market, Laurent Mariotte will collect the confidences of Christian Constant who is about to bow out after a rich career in the service of gastronomy. The good people will feast around a tasting of its essential chocolate tart.
