All of the documents sent were unemployed, a 28-year-old man living in Chiba City and a 23-year-old man living in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture.



According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, in March, the two were suspected of violating the Railway Business Law, alleging that they climbed a stone wall under an iron bridge on the JR Chuo Main Line in Hino City, Tokyo, and invaded the site without permission.



Due to this effect, the JR Chuo Main Line made an emergency stop, causing a delay of about 30 minutes.



The scene is a popular shooting spot for railroad fans who enjoy shooting trains, so-called "Taketetsu", and on this day the limited express "Odoriko", which was scrapped, is being towed by a locomotive. , It means that several "shooting irons" including two people were visiting the site.
